The CrossFit Games have been extended by a week in an effort to iron out the kinks in the online system.  This means that EVERYONE will have until March 27th to post their best time for the week 1 WoD

Paleo

There are only a few times left to have schedule your dunk tank body analysis THIS SUNDAY AT THE GYM!

In addition to analysis, to get into the Challenge, you must attend EITHER (10AM or 1PM) of the Paleo Kick-off Meetings

WoD

Power Clean Technique

Tabata:

  • Power Cleans
  • 1 minute rest
  • sit-ups
  • 1 minute rest
  • pull-ups

Immediately after Tabata 20 burpees for time
