    Tyler, he might actually be doing regular then cross on the doubles, I can’t really tell.

    These jump rope videos need to be shot with a Phantom so that we mere mortals can actually see what the hell is going on. Also, I notice that this guy and pretty much everyone else who is really phenomenal at DUs does them in that jumping hollow rock position. I’ve been trying to master that technique, but so far mostly I’ve just been whipping myself to death.

    P.S. I’m one year CrossFit today!
