  • Strength: 3 sets max reps rope or towel pull-ups (touching chin to hands) Take as much rest as needed
  • 3 rounds for TGU Reps, with 1 min rest:
    • with a 7 minute running clock, complete an 800M run and as many TGU’s as you can with the remaining time. 35/25#
