Memorial Day Schedule- Monday, May 29:
9:30am and 10:30am Class only

Strength:

    Deadlift
    (20 min)
    2×3 @ 80%
    2×2 @ 85%
    3×1 @ 90%
    *rest at least 90sec btwn sets

WOD:
