Memorial Day Schedule- Monday, May 29:
9:30am and 10:30am Memorial Day CrossFit WOD: “Glen”
11:30 am Barbell Club

8:30 am Lite N Tite:

    “Sarah’s Cousin”
    3 rds for time- partner shared work
    400 m run
    10 Rope climbs
    30 Ring Push ups
    40 Med Ball Sit ups
    50 Box jumps

    30 min Cap

    *2 rope walks= 1 rope climb


9:30 and 10:30 am Regular CrossFit

Strength:

    20 min (rest 90sec btwn sets)
    Push Jerks
    2×5 @70-75%
    2×3 @80-85%
    3×1 @90%+

Partner Relay WOD:

    10 min AMRAP
    10 Over-Unders
    15/10 Cal Row

    One partner does an entire round as fast as possible and tags in other partner when finished.
    Each round completed by one partner is a point.
