Seminar Sale:

CFPH Member price of $125 for the amazing experience of learning the snatch and clean and jerk from a lifting legend.  Also, Glenn will be bringing a couple of lifters from his team who will be competing internationally and we’ll watch them go through a serious workout.  There is no real good excuse to miss this.

Class changes:

  • NEW CLASS – Wednesday 12:00 Noon
  • CHANGE OF CLASS – Friday afternoons there will only be 1 class at 6PM
