Free Workout
Each Saturday morning at 11:30am, there is a FREE introductory workout for people who are new to Crossfit. This is ideal for anyone who has heard about Crossfit, is curious about what the World Gym members in the “cage”, or someone who just wants to learn more. The following will take place:
- Introduction to CrossFit Potrero Hill
- Brief overview of CrossFit methodology
- CrossFit Potrero Hill warm-up
- WoD (Workout of the Day)
- How to On-ramp into membership
