Getting Started
There are 3 distinct ways to get started at CFPH. Based on your knowledge of CrossFit, athletic background and level of fitness, you can choose the one that is most appropriate for you:
Trial Workout – FREE - Every Saturday morning at 11:30am. If you are interested in a “test-drive” of what our facility and coaches are like, then join us for a complimentary workout. Simply sign-up at the World Gym front desk, or by emailing CrossFitPH@gmail.com. This small-group class is an introductory workout and overview of CFPH. It is a great option for someone who wants to learn more about CrossFit and is ready to try a class. This is also a great way for current members to invite a friend or family member to accompany them to CFPH.
Private 1-1 Elements Course – $200 – Elements is a 4-session course individually scheduled to meet your availability. A CrossFit certified coach will teach you the basic fundamental movements and methodology used at CFPH. This format for “on-ramping” athletes into a CrossFit
program is the safest and most efficient way for athletes to learn. For small groups on the same schedule Elements can be completed together. If you and a friend are interested please contact: crossfitph@gmail.com
Experienced CrossFitter “Test-Out” – $60 - If you are already familiar with Crossfit, have belonged to another CrossFit affiliate, and are proficient in the fundamental movements, this 1-hour individual session is scheduled with a CFPH coach to prove competency and “test-out” of the requisite “Elements” course.
