Regular CrossFit classes are offered throughout the week to athletes of all ages and levels of fitness.  Class schedule is subject to change, for questions regarding the schedule please email crossfitph@gmail.com.

  • All classes last one hour.
  • All classes are open to all CFPH members, except: Elements and Free Intro.
  • This schedule is subject to change and is current as of January 2013.
