Regular CrossFit classes are offered throughout the week to athletes of all ages and levels of fitness.  Class schedule is subject to change, for questions regarding the schedule please email crossfitPH@gmail.com.

  • All classes are open to all CFPH members, except: Elements and Free Intro.
